Hunstanton Windfest. Most of the kit vans were there. Starboard, F2 Arrows, BIC, Flexfoil, Fanatic, AHD, etc, also TWB (does Whitey ever moev off his chair??) All the stuff was laid out neatly to fiddle with. The food and entertainment were excellent, the beer available in the sailing clubhouse. The windfest is a good event with lots to see and a relaxed atmosphere.

Saturday saw F2/3, I did see someone out palning on a 10.3 Tushingham I'd see on the stand earlier. Quite a few beginners having a go or people floating on the small ripples on the sea.

Camping is best done at the Youth Centre, at 5 quid and a short walk up the hill to the right side of the town. (The main site is a good mile and a half, was very commercial and full anyway.

Sunday saw no wind so we left after breakfast and took a nice steady drive home through the Fens. Very nice.

Shame about the wind. I throught it was guaranteed to be wet and windy, after all it was Glastonbury w/e so it was gonna be bad - wasn't it!?
